Lights out. Music up. Let go and dance like no one is watching.

Forget mirrors, watching eyes and expectations of what dance should look like. In the dark, all that remains is the body, the music and the joy of moving. No choreography, no technique and no right way to dance.
No Lights No Lycra invites you onto a darkened dance floor where you can move exactly as you want, alone and together with others. Here, dance is not about how it looks, but how it feels.
The concept began in Melbourne in 2009 with a simple idea: to create a space where people could dance as freely as they do at home in their own living rooms. Since then, No Lights No Lycra has grown into an international dance community with events around the world.
Come as you are, find your place in the dark and let the music take over.
