The party starts after the performance A Song To … by Mia Habib and goes on until midnight.
Admission is free and the event is open to everyone, whether you’ve seen the performance or not.
We have invited DJ REFEL to make you want to dance the night away.
REFEL is a local Oslo DJ with roots from Iraq. Since 2019, she has been playing at the most prominent club scenes and the biggest queer festivals in Norway, where she has exhibited a burning passion for playing experimental electronic sounds with musical styles directly from the east of the Mediterranean, or from the diaspora originating from the area.
Her purpose is to create a liberated dance space for queer and multicultural individuals in Oslo through her unique musical references: A type of crossover. As she plays songs from the Middle East and western club music from her own upbringing in Norway, you can expect a delicious mix of fast percussion, soaring synths and deep basslines throughout the evening.
