Sunday, March 8th we’re filling the Main Stage at Dansens Hus with battles, jams, and great vibes!
There will be both a classic Hip Hop 2vs2 battle and Encounters 1+1 — an exciting concept where dancers from all genres meet in an improvised duet on the floor.

HIPHOP 2vs2
A classic hip hop battle concept where teams of two compete together. There will be hip hop music throughout.
Judges: Paradiso (NO), Phaonce SOW (FR), Twizzy SOW (FR)

MC: Mathias Jin Budtz (DK/NO)
Prize: 8,000 NOK per team
ENCOUNTERS 1+1 – Duet Concept
In this exciting concept, dancers meet a random partner on the floor in an improvised duet. Open to all types of movers and dancers, regardless of genre. It’s all about listening to the moment. The judges look at how the dancers relate to space, time, sound — and to each other. The music will be unconventional and may create new and inspiring atmospheres.
