Artist Initiative: Open Meeting Space – Foyer
Use Dansens Hus as your meeting space.
As part of our effort to make Dansens Hus open and accessible to dance artists and the broader field, we invite you to use our beautiful foyer if you need a space to host various types of meetings, conversations, seminars, social gatherings, and more. Simply fill out a short form detailing what you’d like to arrange and when, so we can assess the feasibility of each project in relation to our existing program. We hope to receive many applications and look forward to hearing from you.

Who Can Apply?
Individuals, groups, organizations, and associations within the dance field can submit proposals via this form. To evaluate your proposal effectively, we need details about the content, format, and setup.
What Does Dansens Hus Provide?
Dansens Hus contributes NOK 5,000 per event to support its execution, as well as visibility across our channels. Additionally, the following equipment is available in the foyer: projector, screen, basic sound system, podium, and folding chairs. We are unable to provide equipment beyond this. Staffing is limited.
When?
Open meeting space events can be held whenever there is available capacity at the venue. We recommend applying at least four months before your desired date; applications with shorter notice will have more limited availability.
